I treat patients with an integrative approach where I utilize a combination of psychopharmacology and biochemical testing.  Through specialized lab testing, I can assess a patient’s unique biochemical individuality to establish a thorough baseline and create a customized vitamin protocol to address abnormalities. If medication is utilized, my aim is to stabilize patients with as little medication as possible. My goal is to make every patient feel heard, accepted, and hopeful that the difficulties they are facing will be able to be managed and overcome. I believe that our psyches are continuously working towards healing and I provide each patient with tools, resources and education to help them along their journey.

I am trained in multiple psychotherapeutic modalities and uphold the research that states therapy in addition to medication provides optimal results. These modalities include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Sand Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Pranic energy healing and mindfulness. I honor the therapeutic space and help clients to process on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. I am a trauma informed practitioner as well and have experience treating patients with childhood trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD.
